These plans and purposes are immutable. "For God's gifts and calling never change." Romans 11:29 ISV. It should have
come as no surprise when George Gotman, a prophetically gifted brother from upstate New York, repeated the prophecy
of a small boy many years before. They both prophesied that THIS PLACE, (the River of Joy site and environs) will be a
center of revival. It seems to be starting! The site is still quite primitive, nothing even close to the grand plan shown here
below, but so far about 30 people have repented for salvation, and 34 were baptized in the river pool - right border. We
had a village evangelism school here and 4 children's camps in 3 years. Mercy drops 'round us are falling, in spite of
having to operate out of two beat up old farmhouses made of mud and straw. Now look over the panorama and the plan!
